Clean room connection profile

KleanLabs CR.UNI.02 curved profiles are aluminum and meet the requirements of the ISO-14644, GMP and FED-STD-209 E standards for clean rooms. The profiles can be installed in all clean rooms, regardless of their cleanliness class. Curved profiles can be used perfectly in almost all clean room applications:

The aluminum design enables the design of the corners of cleanrooms and laboratories to be antistatic. Thus, compared to traditional PVC profile solutions, the design of clean rooms with CR.UNI.02 profiles can meet even the strictest pharmaceutical and space industry requirements.

The use of clean-room silicone or silicone-free polymer sealant is required for the junction of the CR.UNI.02 profile and the wall surface. Thus the clean rooms can easily be turned into an airtight structure.
