GE Aerospace Hungary Kft. is one of the key international players in the aerospace industry, where ensuring a stable, controlled cleanroom environment is critical for manufacturing and development processes.

For the Veresegyház site, we manufactured and delivered a mobile cleanroom container classified as ISO 7 according to ISO 14644, meeting the strict environmental and cleanliness requirements of the aerospace industry.

The cleanroom, built on a 20-foot ISO container, was equipped with an HVAC system with H14 HEPA filtration, automatic pressure control, a climate-controlled environment, an interlocked access control system and continuous particle count monitoring.

The system included the complete HVAC and control system, remote monitoring functions, as well as the on-site commissioning and measurements required for ISO 7 validation.

During the project, special attention was paid to ensuring that the mobile cleanroom solution could be deployed quickly while providing stable and reliable long-term operation.

The project successfully met the validation requirements of ISO 14644, and during technical handover the system complied with the expectations specified by GE Aerospace.
