Containment Service Providers Co. Ltd. is a specialised provider of pharmaceutical, laboratory and controlled environment technologies in Ireland and the United Kingdom. The aim of the project was to provide a reliable and hygienic cleanroom pass box system that meets the strict GMP and ISO 14644 requirements of modern cleanroom environments.
As part of the project, we manufactured and delivered custom KleanLabs ECOBOX static and dynamic cleanroom pass box systems.
The units were manufactured with a stainless steel design, an electromechanical interlock system, doors with safety glazing, a recirculating air handling unit with HEPA H14 filtration, and an automatic antibacterial UV-C disinfection lamp.
The system was designed in a GMP- and ISO 14644-compatible configuration for laboratory and cleanroom use.
The project successfully combined custom cleanroom equipment manufacturing with international pharmaceutical industry requirements, resulting in a long-term reliable KleanLabs solution for international use by the Irish partner.
